Learn to safely use and care for your saws
Our trainers have backgrounds in the military, fire service, First Aid and Emergency Response. They bring teaching styles that fit the group in order to ensure each individual knows how to use, fix, fuel and store their chainsaw equipment.
We come to you to train your team on site. With sets of chainsaws for groups up to 12 people you get the total training package with no extra costs.
The chainsaw safety training course consists of a mix of theory and practical assessment. You can complete some of the theory pre-course to keep training time to a minimum.
Book work is at a easy literacy level, we are trained to help with anyone who needs extra assistance with reading and writing skills to complete the book work.
If you have logs on site to use during the training session, please make sure they are thick enough for the types of cuts covered. Talk to us if you are unsure of what is needed.
Alternatively we can bring logs to your site at a small extra cost should you need them. We also bring trestels, sharpening tools and fuel.
We use Husqvarna and Stihl saws. We also have electric and some heavy duty saws for your team to experience.
Our trainers have completed hundreds of training sessions and are easily able to teach all walks of life, from those who have been in the industry for decades to youth starting out on their first job.
Benefit from our up-to-date knowledge on safety requirements and legislation, ask our trainers to check your gear and working areas to make sure you are compliant.
Enable your team to work and maintain their gear with confidence and to know what to do when things go wrong.
